For adults and children from age 8. Training Tuesday and Thursday, 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm for juniors and 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm for seniors. Forty Leinster titles, thirty National titles and three European Bronze medals, seven Elite senior titles. Very successful Club for both woman and men. Those wishing to do weight training for health purposes are more than welcome to come along.
