  • Ryeland House Cookery

    Practical cookery demonstrations including Christmas cooking, BBQ’s and salads, casseroles, one pot wonders, fish and family meals and Thai. Watch Anne Neary at work and then you eat the results! Courses run from September to June on Saturdays or weekday evenings. Private parties catered for. We have cookery camps for children in July and also classes for 13 to 15 year olds.

  • The Edward Hayden School of Cookery

    Located in beautiful Graiguenamangh, The Edward Hayden School of Cookery boasts a state of the art kitchen in which Edward, known and loved from his weekly cookery appearances on TV3’s Ireland AM, hosts a wide range of cookery classes, ranging in theme suiting all levels of culinary proficiency.

    All courses include fresh ideas for you to re-create at home, using easy to source ingredients. Edward also offers group bookings, private dining options, children’s cookery classes as well as bespoke classes and tuition.

  • The Icing on the Cake

    Hands-on cake decorating workshops for adults and children, all abilities, by experienced and qualified sugarcraft teacher. No experience necessary. Learn to create your own cake masterpiece to impress your family and friends. Group and private lessons available. Children’s cupcake parties and summer camps are also available. All ingredients and materials supplied.
