Co Kilkenny Adult Learning Service is a free, confidential service that supports adults with reading, writing, spelling or maths difficulties. We also offer support with preparation for the driver theory test, family learning and introduction to computers, with the option of QQI certification.

Kilkenny and Carlow ETB run a variety of evening classes in locations around the County. Courses range from short hobby and leisure subjects to longer work-orientated programmes which can lead to certification. Evening classes provide the opportunity to learn a new skill or brush up on an existing one in a friendly relaxed environment.

Enrolment takes place in September and January of each year. Details of classes and enrolment nights are available from each School/Centre directly and are advertised through the ETB website, on local radio and in the local newspapers.
