The Involvement Centre is a peer-led group which offers a warm and welcoming place for people with mental health issues, their families and friends. The Centre offers and informal place for a cuppa, a chat, a laugh and lots more....The Centre is currently open Monday 10am to 1pm, Tuesday 10am to 1pm, Wednesday 1pm to 4.30pm, Thursday 1pm to 4pm, Friday 10am to 1pm and Saturday 11am to 2pm.

Volunteers are welcomed either to share a skill or help out in the Centre.
