We are children's kickboxing and self-defence club suitable for 6 to 16 years old.

Our classes are Saturday mornings.

Beginners: 11.30 am to 12.30 pm

Intermediate and Advanced: 11.00 am to 12.00 pm

Class costs are  €6 per week or €20 per month.

Membership per year is €30, which includes insurance and therefore is essential.

The first class is free.

Please bring a bottle of water and a towel.

Our club grades twice a year and competes in tournaments. However, there is no pressure on children to spar or compete. We encourage members to participate at their level as we work to improve their skills and confidence.
