Kilkenny Volunteer Centre is a free service which offers supports to both volunteers and non-profit community groups and organisations in Co Kilkenny. The centre is part of a network of 29 centres located across Ireland supported by Volunteer Ireland.

For Volunteers

For people who wish to volunteer, Kilkenny Volunteer Centre will provide information and support to assist them to find a suitable and rewarding volunteering opportunity in their locality.

For Organisations / Community Groups

Kilkenny Volunteer Centre provides some of the following services to support local community groups and organisations:

1.  Advertise any volunteering vacancies on their database of volunteering roles.  
2. The centre provides a free volunteer referral service. 
3. Training in Volunteer Management and best practice.
4. A Garda Vetting service for organisations who do not have access to their own Authorised Signatory.
