Mother of Fair Love School is a Catholic co-educational special school which caters for pupils with special educational needs from the City and County of Kilkenny. There are currently 90 plus students in the school ranging in age from 5 to 18 years old.

The school provides a Post-Primary as well as a Primary Course and those pupils who can benefit from the courses provided, are encouraged to remain in school until they are 18 years old.

Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology (Counselling) and Occupational Therapy are provided in school by Health Services Executive professionals.

Mother of Fair Love School also engages, a Clinical Music Therapist, a Counsellor from Counselling Support for Schools (C.S.S.), a Reflexologist and a Chessmaster.
