Suitable from age 8. Training takes place in our full-time gymnasium at the Carlton Ballroom, Chapel Street, Kilkenny City. Club established since 1946. All training sessions catered for by fully qualified fitness and boxing coaches. We cater for boys and girls all the way up to adult classes. Training times: Tuesday and Thursday 7 pm to 9 pm, and Saturday, 11 am to 1 pm
