Duiske College

It is a non-selective, co-educational school, which aims to promote the total development of each student. Duiske College’s comprehensive programme of instruction in languages, sciences and the humanities equips our students to meet the challenges of the modern world. In addition, career guidance and counselling services are available. There is an active Parents Association and Student Council. A book rental scheme is available and annual Gaeltacht and French scholarships are offered.

Through an affiliation with the Tipperary Institute of Technology and Microsoft Academy System, students are awarded certificates on completion of designated Microsoft exams.

Duiske College has a number of general purpose classrooms as well as a full range of facilities.

These include a library, combined Science and Chemistry laboratory including a Preparation room, Business Studies Room, Computer Room, Technical Drawing Room, Wood Technology and Construction Studies Room including ancilliary sanding, painting and storage rooms, Art and Crafts Room, Home Economics Room and Resource Room.

Outdoor facilities include a basketball court and the acquisition of a playing pitch is currently being actively pursued.
